I started a new homepage project using gitlab and a static site generator, in this case HUGO.

Setup was easy and straight forward.

1. Create a new project in gitlab using ‘pages’ as a template (https://gitlab.com/pages/hugo).
2. Insert the correct DNS entries to your domain registrar.
3. Choose a design theme and copy it in the corresponding folder.
4. Update, commit, write in markdown using your favourite git program. I use TowerGit, since I had an old license.

Let’s see and hope that it’ll keep up the good first impression. I actually wrote the same about the last setup using yellow. I guess, I like trying new things..
